DEDICATE A BENCH

Support Friends of Sauble Beach fund raising activities and dedicate a bench. Create a legacy to honour family, friends, a milestone birthday, wedding or anniversary. The cost of dedicating a bench is $500.00 and will feature a plaque bearing the inscription of your choice.

Print the form; fill it out with "your special words"; and send it along with your donation of $500.00 made payable to "Friends of Sauble Beach" to:

If you have a preference of where your bench is to be placed on the beach, please write that on the form, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
